When and how to request the payment?

Payment Request can only be done on 3 rd - 5 th of the Month
Payment will be processed and credited into your account upon your request during 10th - 30th of the month.
Ensure that you enter your valid and matched Bank Details, Payee Name for fast and easy payment in your profile.
If you are our Gold, Diamond and Platinum Partners, we assume your payee name is company name.Company Incorporation name can also be registered under personal name.So we assume payee name is company name.You are responsible for all income tax declaration for individual or company.
Minimum Payment Request is RM 300 / 300 MWP. For Singapore is 600 MWP

Does the Company bear our Sales and Marketing expenses ?

No. However, our incentive plans is very rewarding for those who are capable on the Business. Our margin is low as we have decided to give out more incentive to our Business Partners. Ensure that you plan your business strategy and equip yourself with SMS Knowledge as well as knowing your capability before spending money on sales and markeing so that you are able to justify your profit returns.
However, Company from time to time will update our online brochures to help you in marketing. Physical Brochures will be available but nominal fees will be charged accordingly.

SMS Messages not delivered ?
|
Many reasons exist why a message might not be delivered including
1. Insufficient credits
2. Incorrect profile settings
3. Invalid numbers ( International Format only )
4. No operator coverage
5. A required feature not supported
6. Mobile phone switch off or out of coverage – Timeout
7. Telco Provider System Down
8. System Maintenance

We do not provide refunds on SMS Credits as Telco provider will also not provide refunds. Refunds only possible if the delivery is due to our technical system problem and not the above conditions.

How do I Topup my SMS credits?

How come I cannot update my Passport No or I/C No ?
|
For security Reason, we do not allowed that. Ensure that you inform anyone you refer to enter their I/C No or Passport No correctly.
In the event of dispute, the identification will be required to establish ownership. If you have simply enter or enter wrongly, kindly come email to support@1malaysiasms.com together witn your scanned copy of your documents of Registration with your Telco provider to proof the ownership of the MobileNo. and a signed copy of a letter requesting correction to be made

If Someone Access my Account with Login and Password, what will happen?

No worries. Our M-Wallet system is control by your Mobile. Unless your Sim Card is stolen and he knows that you are one of
our Partners, he virtually cannot do any transaction with your account. If you lost your Mobile or Sim Card, immediate report
to your Telco provider to black it and get a new sim card. However, if your account is accessible, your SMS Credits or contacts information might be abuse.

However, every transaction is traceable and accountable. Even Request payment need to wait few days for Payment. So it is very safe even if you lost your Mobile !!! You are advised to change your password monthly and avoid simple password.
